VH5 vacuum circuit breaker features long service life, maintenance free, pollution free, low noise without explosion hazards etc, suitable for rigorous working conditions, such as frequent operation etc. VH5 vacuum circuit breaker adopts special permanent-magnet operating mechanism, this mechanism utilizes bistable magnetic system, uses two exiting coils to drive moving core to corresponding limiting position, and uses magnetic field energy provided by the magnet to keep it in limiting position. Operating mechanism is located in mechanism box in front of main circuit, VH5 vacuum circuit breaker arranges quenching pot and operating mechanism back and forth into an undivided unity, i.e. Overall arrangement is adopted, the mechanism is a special purpose mechanism, this kind of design enables better matching of operating mechanism performance and quenching pot, reduces intermediate links, decreases energy consumption and noise, so performance of circuit breaker becomes more reliable. Overall dimension of the product is universal with ZN63A-12, it may be installed in handcart type switch cabinet, and in fixed type switch cabinet. This product adopts permanent magnetic material Nd-Fe-B alloys, this material has higher remanence and strong coercive force, does not tend to be influenced by external magnetic field, at the same time, it has good machinability, could ensure stable performance within switch operating temperature range.
