VH1 1240-63 SERIES
Model VH1 1240-63 indoor high voltage vacuum circuit breaker is newly developed by our company to solve the problem of long-term dependence on imported large capacity circuit breaker. The product reserves advantages of VH1 series product, most components and parts are universal with VH1 product. Vacuum quenching pot adopts CuCr material contact, cyathiform longitudinal magnetic field structure. The product features strong breaking capacity, short arcing time, less contact ablation and long electric life. Upper and lower outgoing line terminals of each phase adopt non-conventional type insulator support, while ensuring overall strength requirement of electrodynamic force for circuit breaker, it solves the problem of nonuniform electric field distribution of double insulator support. Outgoing line terminal is copper longitudinal double outgoing line type, provides sufficient lapping area for connecting bus, double soft connection eudipleural installation structure solves the problem of temperature rise when 4000A current flows through in long term. Both insulating tie bar and insulating rod adopt epoxy drawing bar covered with silicon rubber material, while ensuring mechanical strength, insulation level could satisfy standard requirement of Class 2 pollution. The product has been evaluated as advanced in China by relevant experts.
