Products Features: ADL-800 series are the materials "liquid/solid coexist type,with the appearance of natural transparent and show tremelloid shape.Its characterics are as below:1.High-low temperature resistance,used in wide-range temperature(-50~200 degree)2.The activator is Platinum and Chrome Compound with innocuity and inoffensive.3.Good fluid, it can be poured into minor details(such as IC micromodule)4.Mould easily5.Change freely from rubber to liquid.6.Excellent in electrical performance and weather resistance.Typical application: It can be made into falsies, shoulder,padding and insole and so on.Usage: Mix up A and B evenly according to ratio, vacuum defoamated,and then mould by injecting or pouring.mould temperature is 80-150 degree,time is 8-60mins.Notice: 1. Mix with A and B component equably and fully before using;2. The sealed and mixed should be used up during safty time,ng the safety,otherwise,it will slowly cured,causing waste.3. It has the connection for curing time and termperature of the material, the lower for the temperature,the longer for its curing time.4. It is non-dangerous goods.But pls don´t have it touch mouth or eyes .If it happens,pls wash quickiy with a lot of rinsing.Package: 20 kg/set (A:10kg,B:10kg)Storage and transportation1.Keep in dry place, the shelf time is one year(Below 25 degreen),avoid to contact the impurity of drips,acid and alkali.2.It is non-dangerous,it can be transported as the common chemicals.3.The components A and B must be stored seally and separately, be careful of leakage when in transporation.
